We want to hear from you!
Each year, all families, teachers, and students in grades 6-12 take the NYC School Survey to share feedback about their schools. The NYC School Survey is one of the nation’s largest education surveys. Survey feedback can help improve your child’s learning environment. You can take this year’s survey until March 31st. Students were sent home with green envelopes Tuesday (2/25) and Wednesday (2/26) that contain your survey and unique code.
How does your feedback help our school?
Your feedback helps us understand what you think our school does well and how you think we can improve. Survey results allow us to reflect on how well we are achieving our school’s goals and mission.
How can I share my voice?
Your child will be sent home with your NYC School Survey in a green envelope no later than this Wednesday, February 26th. You may complete this paper survey or complete the survey online. For paper surveys, complete the survey using the instructions at the top of the survey. Return your completed survey using the prepaid envelope included with your survey materials.

You can also take the survey online by visiting https://survey.avii.com/nyc/survey/start/parent/. Use the eight-digit survey access code at the bottom of your paper survey to login. If you do not have your survey materials, you can look up your survey access code on this web page: https://survey.avii.com/Survey/CodeLookup or call 1-877-819-2363 for assistance.
Parents who send completed surveys in sealed envelopes to school with their child will enter into a weekly raffle for a $10 gift card. Your participation may also lead to a pizza party for your child’s class. (If you take your survey online, please take a screenshot of the completion page and email it to email@example.com)
The last day to complete and mail the NYC School Survey is March 31, 2020.
