The annual NYC School Survey is open! From now until April 19th, families are encouraged to participate. Fill out the family survey online at NYCSchoolSurvey.org and you can be entered into a contest! Send a screenshot of your completed survey to MGunsaulus@schools.nyc.gov or TJordan3@schools.nyc.gov to be entered into a drawing for an amazing PRIZE!
To complete the survey, all you need to know is your child’s9- digit ID number. Enter a lower case “f” followed by your child’s nine-digit Student Identification Number to access the survey (e.g. f123456789). A student’s ID number can be found on their report card, progress report or in the family’s NYCSA account.
Families can select their preferred language in the upper left hand corner. Families should complete a survey for each child in each school.
