Dear Families,
If your child tests positive for COVID please email MGonzalezRojas@schools.nyc.gov the following information and ensure to include:
- The student’s Name, Class and Osis Number
- Your Name and Phone Number
- The day they tested positive
- Type of test (PCR, home test, etc.)
- A picture of the test or lab/doctor report if you have one
- Last date your child was present in school
- Is your child part of a lunch club, LEAP, bussing?
